Can you share a memorable experience or achievement from one of the geothermal projects you’ve been a part of? How did it make you feel to contribute to the success of that project?
Probably testing and discharging Paka Well PW-08A will be one of the most memorable experiences. I was part of the team that carried out completion test after drilling was done. During this test PW-08A had the highest injectivity index that I have ever calculated. We had to repeat the gross permeability test just to confirm the earlier value and true enough the value was the same. Injectivity Index (II) estimates how productive a well is i.e how “big” a well is. As it turned out, it was confirmed when we discharged and tested the well. PW-08A is Paka’s biggest well.
