A delegation from the African Development Bank (AfDB) toured the Menengai Geothermal Project on 30th October 2018 on a supervision mission to review the overall status of the project’s implementation.
The continental bank is the main financier of Menengai Project. The team comprised of Mr. Alemeyehu Wubeshet (Chief Regional Power Systems Officer/Mission team lead), Mr. Patrick Owuori (AfDB Procurement Expert) and Mr. Jason Seung – Soo Jin (Consultant,Power Sector Expert).
