What does the science study or cover?
It is a study that utilizes computer technology for presentation and analysis of all types of natural science and social science data referenced to the earth surface. When it comes to geothermal matters, Geospatial Information Systems (GIS)is used to integrate geoscientific data and social data for selecting best areas for geothermal well sites.
What is one of the interesting aspects of your work?
During fieldwork where we use the GPS technology to navigate in remote areas of geothermal interest, I have encountered people s who marvel at the handheld gadgets which we use. They ask very many questions about the gadgets.
