Q2. Why is International Women’s Day a positive initiative, especially for our sector?
International Women’s Day is a wonderful initiative that celebrates the accomplishments of women, like myself. I am thrilled to see more and more women taking on critical roles in traditionally male-dominated sectors such as ours – the energy sector. Such progress should catalyze to inspire young women everywhere to pursue their dreams relentlessly and strive for excellence in their respective fields.

The most important thing one woman can do for another is to illuminate and expand her sense of actual possibilities.
