The Ministry of Energy and Petroleum with the support from the World Bank, African Development Bank, and the International Finance Corporation has been developing the Investment Plan prospectus for the Climate Investment Funds.
The prospectus aims to mobilize approximately 70 million USD to support various Renewable Energy Projects in the Country.
The Ministry of Energy and Petroleum has called for feedback and comments from members of the public on the draft prospectus available on the GDC website via http://www.gdc.co.ke/CLIMATE%20INVESTMENT%20FUNDS%20DRAFT%20PLAN%2010-11-2023_0310.pdf
A feedback form is also available at http://www.gdc.co.ke/PUBLIC%20COMMENTS%20FORM%20CIF.docx . The collection of feedback from the public will close on Wednesday, October 25, 2023.
